Hi, my name is Vicki and I live in Kansas, USA.

I have been married to my husband and best friend for 40 years. Remembering back, I have been a crafter of some sort my entire adult life. My introduction to paper crafting began in 2003 after visiting Disney World with scrapbooking. I gradually moved toward card making and in 2010 my love for stamping and coloring began when I took my first Copic markers class at our local Scrapbook store. From that point on I've been hooked on coloring.

I may 2014 I ran across Sherri Ann Baldy's My Besties and I have been addicted ever since. I colored over 75 images before I ever made my first card with a Bestie as I just couldn't seem to choose what image to make a card with first. I then came across My Besties 3D Deco and precolored printable sheets and then my passion for My Besties really kicked in. My favorite embellishments are ribbon and flowers. I am every bit a girl girl and I do believe it shows in my crafting. I also love pearls and rhinestones. Most evenings I can be found in my craft room! I call crafting my therapy and I love seeing where my creativity takes me.

Currently I am a member of the My Besties 3D and More Design Team, the Scrapbook Stamp Society Blog Design Team, My Besties Meet at the Scrappers Corner Design Team and the World Wide Open Design Team Monthly Challenge Blog Design Team. I am so honored to have been asked to be a Guest Designer at My Besties Friendship Blog.

I have been a crafter for about 12 years now and I absolutely love it. I was asked by a dear friend to attend a scrapbook weekend and haven’t looked back. Although I started out doing scrapbooks, it soon evolved into card making and that is my PASSION. . I wouldn’t trade it for anything in the world. I have learned many things and made several friends. I hope to continue learning and growing my craft as this is what I will be doing for a very long time.

My stamp story:

I have been stamping since i was in school and created my own stamp from a car tire.

Stampers Sampler magazine has published several of my cards in their magazine. I was so very honored. (see photo from magazine top left dress card)

I discovered Copics and Digital images in April 2011 because of two online scrapbook friends that wanted me to try making cards and enter them in online challenges.

I became a Design Team member for the first time in June 2011 for Digi My World. Since that time i've been on several design teams.

In February 2014, i became a Design Team Member for Sherri Baldy's My Besties 3D. I am so excited to be in Sherri Baldy's My Besties family. I am now honored to be the DT co-ordinator for My Besties International Challenge, My Besties Facebook Girls and Sherri's Color-ology Video team on YouTube. I am also a DT member for Sherri Baldy's My Besties 3D & More* team.

I would like to thank My Besties Friendship for inviting me to be GDT for the 12th June, it is a great honour.

My name is Annette Stapylton I live on the South Coast of NSW in Australia and I have been scrapping over 10 years.

My forte is mainly designing and making Cards which I love to enter in as many Challenges as possible. I am always seeking out different ideas and designs for my creations.

I am the owner/creator of Facebook Group "Meet at the Scrappers Corner" and I also run a My Besties Meet at the Scrappers Corner Monthly Challenge. I am on the PPP DT and also My Besties Aussie DT and am currently organising a World Wide Design Team Monthly Challenge.

The following photos of some recent DT Projects and I hope you like them.

Hello all,

It is a pleasure to be given the chance to tell you all something about myself.
My name is Alma and I am 59 years of age. I have been married to Dik for 37 years.
We live in a small village called Eerbeek.
It is situated on the edge of one of the most beautiful nature reserves in the Netherlands, the Veluwe!
We have three children, two daughters and one son.
We also have 6 beautiful grandchildren, two girls and four boys.
I am unemployed so in the position to spent a lot of time on my hobby.

Since May of this year I am a part of the Design Team “My Bestie Dutch Girl Design”
It is the first time that I am part of a Design Team so it is all new to me, nonetheless very nice and I am proud to be a part of this team!

The Bestie images are adorable and it gives me very much pleasure to color them in!
I really enjoy gathering cardstock, design paper and copics to create a whole, and not to forget the flowers, lace and ribbons.
Beside this I also make vintage cards, and not just cards, at a regular basis I also make bags, gift wrappings and boxes
I also paint (oil painting) and very much like taking pictures as well.

Hello everyone,

My name is Nans and I am on the "My Besties Dutch Girls" Designteam for almost a year now. I still enjoy it so much because you never get bored with the lovely images of Sherri Baldy. For every occasion you can find something in the shop.

I live in a small town in Belgium together with my husband and 2 children. I work 3 days a week at the HR department of a SME.
I started crafting several years ago. At first I used images in 3D, then I started colouring stamps with pencils and now I switched to colouring with Copics. Unfortunately time flies, but every free moment I spend in my hobbyroom.

Hello My Name is Julie and I love Besties.
I have been a Design Team Member on Various Blogs For Sherri Baldy for the past 2 years and have really enjoyed working with the gorgeous Bestie Images.
I have had a passion for Card Making for 23years since my first son was born.

I Have 5 Children and a Patient Husband. I love doing all sorts of crafts for enjoyment and relaxation.

I was thrilled to be asked to be a Guest Designer for the Friendship Challenge Blog. Clean and Simple is a bit of a challenge for me, as I love lots of embellishments! LOL I hope you enjoy my Card and will drop by my Blog For a visit!

When i first started with My Besties last February (2014), one of the things i instantly enjoyed was the fact that i was making friends around the world.

I admire the Designers on Sherri Baldy's My Besties teams.  Many of the designers that work on the teams do not have English as their first language and yet they take the time to try to communicate!  I feel that truly speaks for Sherri Baldy's Design teams...and how kind they can be. 

I, on the other hand, can only speak English.  I wish i could've learned more languages now.  I know there is a translate button, it isn't perfect like really knowing the language.

So the reason for this post?  I met two wonderful friends from the My Besties designers and they are the co-ordinators for Sherri Baldy's My Besties Friendship team.  They have kindly asked me to guest design for them.

Thank you, Andrea and Anja for being my friends!  This card is in honor of the both of you!

Hello all

This time it's my turn to show some of my work. My name is Dorothy Madereel and I'm one of the two coordinators of the Dutch My Besties Girls team.
I am 59 years old and a widow since 4 years. I have 2 sons and a granddaughter of 6, whom all live with me. We live in the East of the Netherlands nearby the German border.

I been doing arts and crafts all my life and followed all kinds of training and courses of paper techniques, and colouring.

I have been teaching for over 20 years in a cultural center, but since my granddaughter has lived in my house, I stopped teaching. Since then I do all kinds of fun hobby things at home, including the My Besties coordination. I also work in the main team of Sherri in the USA and there I was one of the first Dt members.

My name is Cindy van der Velde, 40 years old and I live in Hellevoetsluis, The Netherlands . It is a small town approx. 30 km of Rotterdam. I live together with my boyfriend. I don't have any children.

I work fulltime at a lawyers / sollicitors office. I am appointed by the District Court as a trustee of people with large debts. It is my job to help them to get a steady life. I meet people with a lot of problems, so card making for me is the utmost way to relax.

I've made cards since I was a little girl. I was always sitting near my Mom with some items to make. I make cards in lot of different ways (scrap, embroidery). Furthermore I make my own clothes now and then. I like knitting, cross stitch, embroidery, too much to tell. It is very excited that my mum is also a DT-member of my Besties Dutch Girls Designs. It is so much fun to make the cards and creations together.

I like to color with copics. Sometimes I use Distress ink or pencils. I am always in for new challenges and new things to do.

I am very proud that I was asked to be a DT-member. I am a Bestie girl since the start of the Dutch My Bestie Blog and I still love it!
